Quilt.nz manufactures quality wool underlays to your specified dimensions. One common option is 12mm pile wool with 150gsm wool batting and 100% cotton with a full skirt.
Woollen Duvet
250, 300, 350 & 500gsm of Wool quilted with 100% cotton or microfibre.
Fibre Duvet
Your choice of weight (we stock 170 and 270gsm Polyester Fibre) quilted in white polycotton outer or your supplied fabric. Dust-free, allergen-free, and odour-free.
Mattress Toppers
Manufacturers of Mattress Toppers with your selected filling (fibre, foam, wool or most combinations as specified).
Quilted Pillows
We manufacture quilted pillows to your specific requirements. We use YKK zippers and can fill the pillows with fibre, foam or wool. Commonly, these pillows are manufactured with 250gsm wool batting between 100% cotton.
